Our core team
Robert is our Head of Operations based in Hamburg (Germany). Prior to joining AQ Green TeC in July 2021, Robert worked for Aquila Capital’s internal audit division for approx. five years. He had previously spent four years at KPMG’s audit financial service devision in Hamburg. He graduated from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg with a degree in business law in 2012.
Head of Operations
Cara has spent over 15 years working with online portfolios for various brands and industries, including 5 years working in B2B sustainability media. Apart from managing all active projects for AQ Green TeC, her core role also includes bridging the gap between various stakeholders and service providers, UX/ UI management and providing a consulting arm on all things multi-media/ online.
Product and Design Manager
Verena joined AQ Green TeC as Senior Client Manager in January 2022 and is based in Hamburg, Germany. Before joining AQ Green TeC, Verena worked for Aquila Capital for approximately eleven years in the fields of client advisory services, product marketing and fund reporting. Prior to that, she spent a total of four years as Head of Marketing at the investment house ATLANTIC, a company of the Rickmers Group Germany. She studied Communication Design at the Hamburger Technische Kunstschule.
Senior Client Manager
Max joined AQ Green TeC as Sales Manager in May 2022 and is based in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to joining AQ Green TeC, Max worked for MHP - A Porsche Company for approximately four years in Software Sales and Agile Business Model Innovation, focusing on the Automotive and Manufacturing Market. He had previously worked at Stieper & Söhne Beteiligungsgesellschaft for several years. Max studied Nutrition Science in Kiel and Business Psychology at the Business School in Berlin/Potsdam.
Sid is an experienced project manager and strategy consultant with a background in corporate carbon strategies. He has developed carbon reduction and offsetting strategies for clients such as Volkswagen and HelloFresh. Sid has experience as Head of Climate Action and Head of Operations in climate tech and co-founded his own agency to develop international carbon compensation projects.
Consultant: Head of Carbon Management
David has spent 20 years consulting across the commercial aspects of sport and entertainment. It was during his time as an Advisor to Formula E, the purpose driven electric motor racing series, that he was inspired to start his own journey towards sustainability. David teamed up with Aquila Capital to launch AQ Green TeC and is driven by the prospect of enabling collective action in the global fight against climate change.
Lloyd is well recognised within the field of corporate sustainability and carbon, consulting to companies to develop resilience and value creation strategies using best-practice models and standards. He has worked with global brands such as Chevron, Berry Plastics, Sasol, Afrisam, Wescoal, Astrapak, Saint-Gobain, Schneider-Electric, BASF, and extensively with leading listed and non-listed entities, including NGO’s and industry associations, in various sectors.
Head of Consulting
Jost Rodewald is Managing Partner and operational director of AQ Green TeC and xRIT Group, which was founded by him in 2019. Prior to founding xRIT Group, Jost Rodewald held various management positions at Aquila Capital and was jointly responsible for building up the group and served as spokesman of Aquila Capital Management GmbH and as a member of the Executive Committee.
Maria Wenske joined xRIT Deutschland GmbH in 2019 as Manager Operations and is responsible for the German group operation. Previously, Maria Wenske held various positions at Aquila Group for almost 10 years, after holding various positions at auditing and consulting companies.
Christian joined AQ Green TeC at the beginning of 2022, currently, he is a second-year student of socio-economics at the University of Hamburg, pursuing a degree in sustainable finance. He supports us as a working student in our daily operations. Prior to his employment, he gained experience as an assistant manager in the hospitality industry.
Maxim Hendrych is a Student of Cultural Studies/ Micro Economics and is highly committed to sustainability, crypto & the digital space and how that can be made socially and ecologically sustainable by start-ups and corporations.
