Our Core Team
Robert is our COO based in Hamburg (Germany). Prior to joining AQ Green TeC in July 2021, Robert worked for Aquila Capital’s internal audit division for approx. five years. He had previously spent four years at KPMG’s audit financial service devision in Hamburg. He graduated from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg with a degree in business law in 2012.

David has spent 20 years consulting across the commercial aspects of sport and entertainment. It was during his time as an Advisor to Formula E, the purpose driven electric motor racing series, that he was inspired to start his own journey towards sustainability. David teamed up with Aquila Capital to launch AQ Green TeC and is driven by the prospect of enabling collective action in the global fight against climate change.

Wiebke joined AQ Green TeC in December 2022 as Manager Operations. She previously worked as a junior consultant and assistant to the CEO in the field of management consulting for several years. Furthermore, she has gained experience in scientific research and as a university lecturer for applied statistics. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Hamburg and a PhD in psychology.

Megan has a background in UX strategy and UI design, with experience in the financial sector across startups and large corporations. At AQ Green TeC, she leads the design, deployment, project management, and marketing of our carbon offsetting tools.

Jost Rodewald is Managing Partner and operational director of AQ Green TeC and xRIT Group, which was founded by him in 2019. Prior to founding xRIT Group, Jost Rodewald held various management positions at Aquila Capital and was jointly responsible for building up the group and served as spokesman of Aquila Capital Management GmbH and as a member of the Executive Committee.

Maria Wenske joined xRIT Deutschland GmbH in 2019 as Manager Operations and is responsible for the German group operation. Previously, Maria Wenske held various positions at Aquila Group for almost 10 years, after holding various positions at auditing and consulting companies.
