About us

AQ Green TeC is committed to delivering the highest standard of carbon management expertise to our clients.
Our practical approach to GHG emissions management is underpinned by stringent methodologies which we publish.

We have an international team that is industry and sector agnostic. However, we do have a leading position in live events where we provide intuitive tools to enable fan / attendee sustainability engagement.

Our commitment is to ensure organisations can employ effective carbon management solutions as part of their climate strategy:

GHG emissions measurement and reporting

Identifying areas for GHG avoidance and reduction

Delivering positive environmental impact

Engaging ecosystems to drive collective climate action

Aquila Group is at the heart of the move to decarbonise major sectors of the global economy to help prevent the huge climate risks associated with GHG emissions.

To support this, Aquila Group invests in clean energy and sustainable infrastructure through its operations in 17 countries.

Its portfolio of essential assets have enabled the saving of over 6m tonnes of GHG emissions.

Its invested assets are projected to avoid up to 173m tonnes of GHG during their planned lifetime.

By 2030, Aquila are targeting the lifetime avoidance of 1.5bn tonnes of GHG as a result of investments in clean energy. This is a similar volume to the GHG emissions of over 150m average European households in an entire year, or 3% of the total GHG added to the atmosphere each year. This is an ambitious target, but the current trends and the Group’s international track record support their confidence.
